"The newly opened Sagar motors (TATA Cars) service centre in sector 138 is a blessing for the TATA car owners living in nearby sectors. Earlier the nearest ones were in sector 8 or greater NOIDA and those are infamous for shoddy service. This one is new, the majority of staff is from Treo TATA service centre in Delhi and are experienced. The facility is new hence quite neat and clean... Hope they maintain it that way. Nice lounges for customers (they can view the cars being serviced from the lounge itself) and a separate one for the drivers. They have a coffee machine in the lounge for waiting customers as well as offer lunch during lunch time. The work done on my car was largely satisfactory. They, however, took a couple of hours more than my expectation/their promise."

"Just like any other Tata Motors Sevice station they are slow, inefficient and bad. The attached image is from my glove box after they have charged 1k for "vacuuming" and cleaning. Good coffee in the lounge though."

"⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional & Misleading Behaviour I am extremely disappointed with Tata Motors – Sagar Motors, Sector 138 Noida (Bodyshop). At the time of purchasing my insurance, clear promises were made that my Tata AIG policy would support cashless claims at Sagar Motors. Based on those assurances, I went ahead with the policy specifically for Sagar Motors. However, when I actually needed to file a claim, the advisor and Bodyshop Manager at Sector 138 behaved rudely and completely washed their hands off the issue, bluntly stating that “they cannot do anything” for cashless claims. Initially, I was told that cashless facility would be available from 5th January 2026, but now even that commitment has been denied. This is a clear case of false assurances, mis-selling, and lack of accountability. If Sagar Motors has internal issues or disputes with Tata AIG, customers should not be forced to suffer for it. I paid my insurance premium in good faith based on the promises made by their representatives. The attitude of the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, with zero effort to resolve the issue or even provide a proper explanation. I will be formally escalating this matter to IREDA and the Consumer Court, as this is unacceptable behavior from an authorized Tata Motors dealership. I strongly advise potential customers to get everything in writing before trusting verbal commitments from Sagar Motors, Sector 138. Based on my experience, their post-sales and insurance support is highly unreliable."

"Extremely disappointed with my experience at Sagar Tata Motors, Noida Sector 137. I’ve never seen such poor management and slow service at any Tata center before. They took far too much time for even simple tasks, and no one seemed to care. There was no coordination, no proper communication, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. It felt like customers were being ignored rather than served. This place badly needs energetic and responsible management that understands what good service means. I will never go there again and strongly urge others not to waste their valuable time and hard-earned money at this center."

"I’m beyond frustrated and angry with how this service centre handled my car issue. My car used to halt whenever I drove above 80 km/h. I went to this Tata centre and clearly explained the problem. They charged ₹1,500 just for inspection and confidently said it was fixed. Then they pushed me to replace the air filter assembly for another ₹2,400 + labour, claiming that was the root cause. I spent the money — but the issue didn’t go away at all. After 20 days, I went back again, only to hear a new story — now they said my fuel tank and oil pump were broken and that’s why the problem was happening. They quoted ₹7,500 for the tank and ₹17,500 for the oil pump! Out of trust and desperation, I got both replaced. Guess what? The problem was still there. Finally, I went to a local mechanic, and in just 10 minutes he figured out the real issue — a faulty diesel filter worth only ₹2,500! After replacing it, my car started running perfectly. He even told me that the oil pump and air filter had absolutely nothing to do with this problem. So thanks to Tata’s so-called “experts,” I wasted ₹35,000 and my time, energy, and peace of mind — all because of their incompetence, careless attitude, and money-making mindset. Tata really needs to look into how such service centres are running under their name. This isn’t service — it’s daylight robbery! I regret ever trusting Tata Service. Think twice before giving your car to them — they’ll just replace random parts and burn your money without fixing anything."
